We’ll connect them with a qualified agent, follow the transaction through closing, and you’ll earn 90% of the referral fee when the deal closes.
This page is for licensed Florida real estate agents who are active with CrossView Referral Realty or are in the process of joining our referral-only brokerage.
How the Referral Process Works
1) Submit the referral form
Share your info, your client’s info, and any details we should know about their situation or location.
2) We place your client with a trusted agent
You can request a specific agent, or we’ll match your client with a qualified Realtor® in their market.
3) Your client closes — you get paid
When the transaction closes, CrossView receives the referral fee from the brokerage and pays you 90% of that amount, typically via direct deposit.

What qualifies as a referral?
Before submitting someone, you should have personally communicated with the prospect, reasonably confirmed that they have a current or anticipated real estate need, and have permission to share their contact information. Simply forwarding a purchased lead, online inquiry, or unverified contact does not by itself create a qualifying referral.

We’ll review your referral and follow up if we need more information. You’ll receive confirmation once your referral has been assigned to an agent/confirmed with your agent.
CrossView Referral Realty is a relationship-based referral brokerage. Before submitting this form, you should have meaningful direct communication with the prospective customer, reasonably confirm an actual or anticipated real estate need, and obtain permission to provide their information to a receiving real estate professional. A purchased lead, internet form submission, or social-media response by itself does not qualify as an acceptable referral.
FAQs
Do I pay anything to submit a referral?
No. There is no cost to submit a referral through CrossView Referral Realty. As long as your Florida license is active and you’re registered with us, you simply send the referral and get paid when it closes.
When do I get paid?
After the transaction closes, the receiving brokerage pays CrossView the agreed referral fee. We then pay you 90% of that referral fee, typically within a few days of receiving funds.
Who can I refer?
You can refer buyers or sellers anywhere in the United States, as long as they’ll be working with a licensed real estate agent in their market.
What if I’m not yet signed up with CrossView Referral Realty?
You’ll need to join our referral brokerage before we can process and pay your referral. If you’re not yet active with us, please complete the Join CrossView Referral Realty page first.
