My License Is Currently With Another Brokerage—How Does That Work?
Can I join CrossView Referral Realty if my license is still active with another brokerage?
Yes, and it’s a simple process.
No Problem—We Handle the Transfer
If your license is currently active with a traditional real estate brokerage, you can still apply to join CrossView Referral Realty, LLC without any issues.
Here’s what happens:
Submit your referral application on our website.
Pay your one-time enrollment fee (you'll receive an invoice via email).
We initiate the license transfer with the Florida DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation).
Once the transfer is complete, your license will be officially held under CrossView Referral Realty, LLC—and you’re ready to start earning through referrals.
Do I Need to Tell My Current Broker?
Not necessarily. While it’s a professional courtesy to let your current broker know that you’re moving your license, it’s not required by law or by CrossView.
The license transfer happens electronically, and there’s nothing else you need to do on your end.
What Happens Next?
Once your license is moved:
You’ll be eligible to place referrals immediately.
You’ll gain access to the CrossView referral agreement and submission process.
You’ll no longer owe dues or fees to your previous brokerage (unless otherwise stated in a contract).
It’s a seamless shift from active sales to passive income.
Ready to Make the Move?
Submit your application at crossviewreferralrealty.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
You focus on the referrals—we’ll handle the paperwork.
